1 Hole Can of Heavy Coconut Cream in a Can
4 TBSP Ghee or Coconut Oil
6 Tsp Starch (Tapioca or Arrowroot)
Salt & Pepper to taste (I used approx. 2 Tsp of Pepper, 1 Tsp of Pink Sea Salt)
2 tsp Garlic Powder or more to taste
2 tsp Onion Powder or more to taste
2 tsp Dried Oregano
2 tsp Dried Basil
2 tsp Dried Sage (if you have it)
3+ lbs. of Raw Chicken (Free range organic, blah-blah)
Rinse, dry and dice chicken. Deposit the chicken in a Crockpot combine the cream, ghee, and seasonings. Save the starch until youâ€™ve stirred everything into a smooth liquid; then fold it in. Heat on low 5-6 hours stirring occasionally.
You can use a spiralizer to make the Squash or zucchini into noodles to serve as carbs with it or use Spaghetti squash, but we have enjoyed most of ours with simple broccoli. Also, you can leave out the starch if youâ€™re trying to trim body fat (it only thickens the sauce).
