Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 package (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
½ pint sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelop onion soup mix.
Preheat oven to 350 o F. In blender, puree artichokes. Add sour cream and cheese. Process until smooth. Stir in onion soup mix. Turn into 2 ½ cup casserole. Top with bread crumbs, Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
