Baked Catfish Filets

Catfish without frying them

Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 30 min.

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 1 filet per person


3-4 catfish filets, washed and patted dry
Lemon pepper or coarse black pepper
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh Rosemary & Dill


Wash and pat dry fish.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of fish.
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Rosemary & Dill on top, optional

Bake at 400 degrees.
Tent aluminum foil over fish, not touching the fish.

Uncover and broil on low for a few minutes. But keep an eye on the fish during this time.

Delicious and very heallthy :)
