Difficulty: Difficult - for experienced cooks
Serves: 1 cicken breast per person
4-5 chicken breasts
Crushed potato chips (1 cup per chicken breast) about 4 cups
1/2 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
Wash and remove skin from each chicken breast.
Dip into melted butter to coat eash side.
Place potato chips in a large ziploc bag and crush the chips.

Coat each buttered breast into the crushed potato chips.
Place into a rectangular Pyrex dish. Cover with foil. Remove the foil the last 10-15 minutes before the chicken is done. This will crisp and brown the top of the chips.
Bake at 375 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes
