Pineapple Almond Cheese Spread

1 package (8 ounce) creamed cheese, softened
4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cans (8 ounce each) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped almonds, toasted
½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup minced chives


In large bowl, beat creamed cheese until smooth. Beat in cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and soy sauce until smooth. Stir in pineapple, almonds, green pepper, and onion. Refrigerated covered. Use to stuff celery stalks or as a dip. Serve at room temperature.
