Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
½ pound medium-sized raw shrimp
¼ cup Teriyaki baste and glaze
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon slice green onions with tops
3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in shrimp. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove shrimp and place on rack or broiler pan. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked. Serve immediately with wooden picks.
