½ cup Italian & Cheese dressing
2 pounds fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons lemon juice
In large saucepan. Heat dressing and cook mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes. Add lemon juice. Remove mushrooms with dressing to large shallow baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 4 hours.
