Thai Chicken Strips

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


½ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup sesame seeds, well toasted
1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breast, cut into lengthwise strips


In blender, process all ingredients except sesame seeds and chicken. In large shallow baking dish, combine dressing mixture, sesame seeds and chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 3 hours. Remove chicken and marinade to large baking pan. Broil chicken in marinade, 10 minutes or until done.
