Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Oil
12 chicken wings
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 medium clove garlic, finely
1 cup sweet N Spicy French dressing
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Chunky blue cheese dressing

Method

In deep-fat fryer or large heavy skillet, heat oil to 3750 F. Cut tips off chicken wings, saving the tips for soup. Halve chicken wings at join. Lightly coat chicken with flour, then drop chicken in into hot oil. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter and cook green onions and garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Until onions are tender. Remove from heat and stir in French dressing, thyme, oregano, cumin and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat. Serve with chucky blue cheese dressing.
