1 1/4 c. Mayo
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. Old Bay or other cajun / seasoned salt
1/8 t. black pepper
1/4 t. celery seed
1/2 head of shredded cabbage or a large bag (4 c.) shredded broccoli
Mix all but cabbage or broccoli in bowl, pour over shredded cabbage or broccoli and stir well. Let sit in refrigerator15 mins. or so. Stir and serve.
