Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 stalks spinach
1tbsp white wine
1 small cane of tomato puree
120g cooking cream
salt & pepper
1. Cook spaghetti and spinach with salt water, set aside.
2. Fried garlic with olive oil, add in shrimps, stir fried until color change.
3. Add in white wine.
4. Add in spinach, tomato puree, tomatoes and cooking cream.
5. Toss sauce with spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
