125ml unsalted butter
1/2 cup flour
240g cream cheese
1 1/2 cup grated old chedder cheese
salt & pepper
1. Boil spaghetti, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat and add flour. Stir with a wooden spoon, whisk in milk, bring entire mixture to a simmer, whisking constantly. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
3. Stir in cheddar until melted.
4. Stir in cooked spaghetti and spoon in baking dish.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 mins.
