Corn and Bacon Casserole

2 bags (1o.8 ounces) frozen sweet corn
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup cheese


Preheat oven o 325 degrees F. Microwave corn on 1 minute on high. In blender place eggs 1 1/2 cups corn, cheese, clour sugar, and butter. Process until well blended. Pour mixture in 2 quart baking dish. Stir in remaining courn, bacon and chives, Sprinkle with remianing cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set in center. Let stand 5 minutes to cool
