Salmon Canapes

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 can (6.5 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/teaspoon dill weed
24 Melba rounds
6 slices processed Swiss cheese, quartered
24 thin slices cucumber


In small bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill. On each Melba round place a piece of cheese, a cucumber slice and slamon mixture. Serve immediately.
