Roasted Romaesco Cauliflower

One head Romanesco cauliflower, broken into florets
2-4 tsp chili oil or sriracha mixed with coconut oil
1/2 tsp sea salt (or smoked salt)
ground pepper
1/2 lemon


Toss cauliflower florets in chili oil and salt. Add pepper. Roast in 425 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Remove and top with squeezed lemon juice.
