Seared Sesame Tuna

1 lb fresh tuna fillets (1" thick)
3 T white sesame seeds
2 T black sesame seeds
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 T Coconut oil or grapeseed oil


Combine sesame seeds salt and pepper in a bowl. Coat the tuna fillets with the mixture, pressing into the fish to adhere. Sear for 1-2 minutes each side in a pan.
