Bacon Wrapped-Hamburger Steak Recipe

Hamburger Steak

Heat oven 350 degrees
Hamburger Ground Chuck or Ground Round
Maple flavored bacon
coarse salt
fresh cracked black pepper
Worchestire sauce


Preheat oven 350 degrees
pat out your hamburger patties
1 per person
wrap with 1 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
salt and pepper to taste
sprinkle with Worchestire sauce
place in an iron skillet, lightly cover with aluminum foil to keep from splattering in your oven. The last 8-10 minutes of cooking remove the foil.
*I check my hamburger steak, mash with a hamburger turner, to see if the liquid inside of the steak is clear to see if it is done. Flip it over, remove the foil and finish browning.
