Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 can LASCO Mackerel in Brine (drained)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
3 stalks Escallion (finely chopped)
2 tbsps LASCO Crushed Pepper sauce
3 tbsps LASCO vinegar
1 cup Flour
½ cup Water (for mixing)
1. Empty LASCO Mackerel in a bowl. Flake with a fork.
2. Add onions, scallion, crushed pepper and vinegar.
3.Fold in Flour and gradually add water
4. Drop by tablespoons in heated oil
5. Garnish with chopped escallion and serve
