Ingredients

SYRUP
1/2 cup prepared orange juice
1/4 up granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon grated orange peel, packed

BISCUIT
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons b utter
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon cinamon

Method

SYRUP:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir until margarine is melted. Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.

BISCUIT:
In large bowl, shift together flour and baking powder. Cut in butter until crumbly. Make a well in the center. Pour milk ino well. Stir until moistened and mixture forms a ball of dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 6 imes. Roll out into 9 x 16 inch rectangle. In a small cup, combine brown sugar and sinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll-up, jelly style, beginning at the long end. Cut into i" slices. Place cut side down on top of syrup. Bake at 425 degree Fahrenheit for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
