3/4 pounds boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 teaspoon no-salt seasoning, southwest flavor
1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning with garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 2 limes
Preheat large saute pan on medium for 2 - 3 minutes in a flat dish blend the no-salt seasoning and chicken seasoning. Roll chicken breasts in the seasonings. Put butter and olive oil in pan, then add chicken. Cook16 - 20 minutes. Turning often until well-browned. Sqeeze limes for juice. Remove chicken from pan. Whisk juice into pan. Slice chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
