Orange & Honey Wings (Microwave)

12 chicken wings
1 envelop onion soup mix
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup frozen concentrated orange juice, partially thawed
1/4 cup sherry
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 dashes hot pepper sauce


Cut tips off chicken wings and save for soup in another recipe. Halve remaining chicken wings at the joint. Blend remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Bake uncovered basting occasionally for approximately 40 minutes until chicken is done and sauce thickens. Place in microwave dish. Heat uncovered on high, basting every 2 minutes and rearranging until chicken is done and sauce thickens. Let stand uncovered for 5 minutes.
