Aunt Helen's Fruit Compote

3 grapefruit
3 oranges
3 lemons
3 tsp cream of tartar
2 Tbs epsom salt (internal use)
1 qt boiling water


Juice all the fruits. Cut up all of the peelings.

Add cream of tartar and epson salts. Stir in the boiling water.

Let sit overnight, strain and refrigerate.

have 2-3 ounces before breakfast.
