Spinach feta pie

Ingredients

puff pastry
3 eggs
250 ml cream
200 g feta
450 g frozen spinach, thawed

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cook puff pastry for 10 min.
Beat eggs with cream.
Thaw spinach and drain well.
Put spinach in a thin layer over the pre baked pastry. Sprinkle with feta and pour over the egg mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Can bake in a square pan and cut into small squares.
