Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 loaf bread
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 small package raw breakfast sausage
water as needed
Rip bread into tiny pieces. Add eggs and seasonings. Mix to evenly coat bread. add sausage. mix will adding just enough water to keep moist. Stuff both ends of turkey or chicken. Place any extra in a buttered glass baking dish and place in oven half way through cooking time of poultry.
