Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
4 or 5 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 medium onions, sliced
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
In medium bowl, combine cucumbers and onions. Cover with cold water. Soak overnight and refrigerate. Drain. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate.
