Freezer Slaw

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 medium head cabbage
1 carrot grated
1 pepper, chopped
1 cup vinegar
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 ups sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed


Shred cabbage into large bowl. Add carrot and pepper. Set aside. In saucepan, mix remaining ingredients. Boil 1 minute and let stand until warm. Pour over cabbage mixture. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
