Macaroni Salad

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 pound macaroni
3 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup mustard
water to cook macaroni
2 cups mayonnaise
12 hard-boiled eggs
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup onion
2 tablesoons parsley flakes.


Cook macaroni until tender. In saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar and flour. Cook for 2 minutes. While still warn, add butter, celery, carrots and onion. Cool. add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
