Broccoli Salad

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar


Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small flowerets. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and bacon bits together. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Combine with broccoli mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
