German Potato Salad

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


4 slices bacon
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced


Cut bacon into small pieces. Brown in skillet. Add vinegar and sugar. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Add potatoes and onion. Heat thoroughly. Serve warm or chilled.
