Persian cucumbers - 4
Grape tomatoes - 12 or 16
Cream cheese - 4 oz
Mayaonnaise - 2 tablespoon
finely chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon
dry basil - little to sprinkle
black ground pepper - to sprinkle
pickled banana pepper - 4 slices - finely chopped
Cut the Grape tomatoes into 4 quarters, mix with basil and pepper
Skin the cucumber and cut them into 1/2 inch slices
mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, banana pepper, parsley.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture on the cucumber slice and place one tomato quarter on the top.
