Rasta Pasta

Pasta, chicken, veggies, and a really good creamy sauce!

Preparation time: 30 Min
Cooking time: 5-10 min

Serves: 4


8oz Bowtie Pasta
1tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tbls Olive Oil
1c Chopped Fresh Spinach
1c Broccoli Flourettes
1 Medium Chopped Red Pepper
8oz Grilled Chicken breasts chopped in slices
1c Prepared Jarred Alfredo Sauce
1/8c Pesto
Parm Cheese for garnish


Cook pasta and rinse and set aside. In a 10" saute pan saute the garlic in the olive oil for a couple of minutes. Then add the broccoli, spinach, pepper and grilled chicken. Stir in alfredo and pesto and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the pasta, garnish with cheese and serve!
