Veggie Burger (mushroom)

Serve with fries and coleslaw.

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 4


2 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups finely chopped fresh mushrooms (one blue/foam package)
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp canola oil


In a large bowl combine everything, except the oil. Mix well. Shape into four patties.

In a large skillet, cook patties in oil over medium heat, for 5 minutes on each side or until well done. (or they will fall apart :)
