Crispy Creamy Chicken

Serve with biscuits and corn on the cob.

4- 1/4 lb. chicken breast pieces
1 pouch and bag of Shake n bake Extra Crispy coating
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk

(so many variations can be used. crispy coating/cheesey broccoli soup, try pretzel coating/cheese soup, or ranch coating/cream of broccoli)


Heat oven to 400.
Coat chicken with coating, as directed on package. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees), and coating is browned.
Meanwhile whisk together milk and soup in a sauce pan. Heat on medium until boiling. Simmer 5 minutes.

Plate chicken and top with sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
