Dietary guidance: v
1 cup sour cream (light is okay)
1/2 cup mayo (light is also okay)
1 pkg frozen spinach (300g) (thawed, and having had the water squeezed out of it.)
1 1/2 Tbs toasted sesame oil
1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds (black or white)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2-3 green onions, minced
1-4 Tbs wasabi paste (this depends entirely on your tolerance for wasabi, start small and work up)
1. Chop up spinach a bit.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Let sit overnight.
Serve with plain or sesame rice crackers. You might want to double this for a party, it goes quickly.
