Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 c flour,
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/3 c butter or margarine
2Tbs Butter or Margerine, Melted
Mix dry ingredients well with fork. Then, take a cup with measures on it, and beat 1 egg. Then fill the cup to 2/3 full mark with milk. Mix this in the dry mix. Then I roll out dough about 2/8 in thick.square shape..melt maybe 2 tbsp butter and spread it on, then I spread some brown sugar a good amount , roll it up and cut about 1 in thick. Place in a 9" buttered pan. Should make at least 9 pieces...Bake at 425 about 20 min or so, till golden brown.
