1 cup lemon juice (from concentrate is just fine)1 cup sugar2 - 2 1/2 quarts water
Pour sugar and lemon juice into serving pitcher. Mix sugar into the lemon juice and stir until the sugar has started to dissolve. Add cold water and stir more until well mixed and sugar dissolved. Refrigerate or serve over ice.
