3 chicken breasts, cubed
500 g pak choi or 300 g fresh spinach or other greens
2 cloves garlic
250 g noodles or spaghetti
salt, black pepper
1 T sesame seeds
3 T vegetable oil
2 T soy sauce
1 t cornstarch
1 t sesame oil
Cut chiken into cubes. Halve the pak choi, remove stalks and shred the leaves. Peel and chop garlic.
Cook noodles in a pan of salted water. Drain well.
Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Add garlic for a few seconds and then chiken cubes. Stir fry over high heat unitl tender. Push to the edges of the wok and stir fry pak choi.I used spinach and wilted it in a little oil in a separate pan, then added it to the chicken.
Add soy sauce, water and corn starch, stirring gently. Remove from heat. Add noodles and sesame oil. Toast sesame seed in a heated dry frying pan unitl golden and sprinle on the dish.
