Crunchy Corn Salad with Chili Cheese Fritos

2 (15 1/2 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small purple onion, cut up
1 medium green bell pepper, cut in chunks
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise (light works fine)
1 (11 1/2 oz) bag of chili cheese Fritos corn chips
Lots of cracked black pepper


Mix everything together, except for the Fritos, in a bowl and allow to get really cold in the fridge.

When ready to serve, add the bag of Fritos and mix well.
