Serves: 2 people, or one hungry person
Dietary guidance: v v
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce (Soy Vay is best)
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 dashes red pepper flakes
heaping tbs. brown sugar
Mix it all up, microwave on high for 20 sec. to soften, immediately stir into:
one package of tofu, diced into 1/2-inch cubes, fried, or
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked.
Sauce will be very thick, so stir slowly and gently over low heat until evenly coated.
Really good with stir-fried tofu, green beans, and mushrooms.
