Easy and cool food in the summer....

2 Tbsp. Sesame Sauce
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 of a carrot, chopped into very slim bar
1 Tbsp. fresh Parsley, chopped
¼ cup Pine Nuts if you like
1 Tbsp. Garlic water
Chinese noodle (for one ppl)


Cook the Chinese noodle in hot water, 3 minutes will be ok;
Put the chopped carrot, parsley, pine nutes.... into noodle, then apply a little salt, vinegar, sesame sauce and garlic water into the noodle, mix together, mmmmmmm...Yummy!
