Dietary guidance: v v
1 cup of green lentils
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs tahini
Soak the lentils overnight, drain then boil gentle in fresh water until soft.
Allow to cool and place in a bowl with the garlic, olive oild and tahini.
Grind the spices and add them to the bowl.
Puree, adding water if needed to get the right consistency.
