Season Salt (a lot of it)
Sea Salt (any salt would work, but I like this kind best)
Pepper (freshly ground)
Chopped Onion (dry, not so much of it)
Chili Powder (a dash or two)
Cinnamon (a decent amount)
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Grind the onion down to a smaller size, and mix further. Rub the seasoning into your meat, cook to desired done-ness, and eat.
