Cream Cheese Pound Cake

340g Butter
225g Cream Cheese
600g Sugar
430g Plain Flour
6 Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Almond Extract
10 inch tube pan


1- Preheat the oven to 160 deg C (for fan assisted ovens reduce by 10-15 degrees).
2- Grease one 10 inch tube pan.
3- Cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts. Add the flour and the eggs alternately, beginning and ending with the flour. Whisk after each addition.
4- Bake at 160 deg for 1hr20mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
