Salada Caprese

Tomatoes with mozzarella and olives from the oven.

4 (big) tomatoes
~125 gram mozzarella in slices
12 sliced black olives
fresh basil leaves as garnish


Slice the tomatoes
Make a few layers of tomato, mozzarella and the sliced black olives, and make sure the top layer is mozzarella
Put the four piles in a scale and put it under a grill for about 2-4 minutes. It also works in the oven (180°C) for a bit more time.
After it comes out of the oven, put the basil leaves on top.
