Spicy Skillet Supper

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) chili beans in chili sauce, undrained
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup salsa
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 to 3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 pepper
1/4 cup shredded light cheddar cheese, optional


In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown turkey over
medium heat; drain if necessary. Add Chili beans, rice, salsa,
vinegar and seasonings; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
