Serves: 12 Large Buns
1 3/4 cups water
2 Tbsp Margarine
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
4 cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
Combine all ingredients and set machine on "Dough" setting.
When dough cycle has finished; roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Spread a thin layer of margarine on dough, sprinkle with Brown Sugar (approximately 1 cup), sprinkle cinnamon over brown sugar and raisins (if desired).
Roll dough into log; cut into 12 pieces and place in greased pan. Let rise 30 minutes or until double in size.
Just before placing into oven, pour 1 cup Whipping Cream mixed with 1/4 cup brown sugar over buns.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden.
