Tuna & Potato Salad

A healthy meal for those who don't like meat

Ingredients

3 Potatoes
1 can of Tuna
String Beans (40g)
1/2 Red Onion (Sliced thinly)
4 Lettuce Leaves
Some Parsley
Citrus Flavored Dressing (my fav is from Jap brand Mizkan) 1/2 cup

Method

Cut Potatoes into 2cm cubes, boil them
Remove them when cooked, add the Citrus Flavored Dressing while they are hot
Boil the String Beans
Mix the potatoes, Tuna, String Beans with Red onion
Sprinkle some parsley
Lay the salad on the lettuce leaves
You are ready to serve :)
