Cooking time:

1 large Organic Valley Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast
6 ounces organic barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon Organic Valley Salted Butter

1. Preheat oven to 325 F degrees.
2. Thaw turkey breast in refrigerator. Remove packaging and cut into 1/4" slices. Wash hands.

4. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. Cooking times will vary due to the thickness of the turkey slices. Enjoy hot or cold.

Serving Suggestions:
Create a succulent turkey sandwich with Organic Valley Colby and Cheddar Cheeses, Baked Bar-B-Que Turkey, a touch of mayo and mustard, and a pile of lettuce, tomato, and sprouts.
Kids love to dunk! Serve Baked Bar-B-Que Turkey Breast with extra sauce, or with a touch of ranch dressing.

Kids in the Kitchen:
Find the special basting brush and pour BBQ sauce into a small bowl. Wee kitchen artists will enjoy "painting" the turkey breast slices with the zesty sauce. Watch for sneaking taste testers, as raw turkey juices may combine with the sauce, and that's yucky. If they want a taste, wait 'til after the project is done and their hands are washed, then let 'em dip an Organic Valley String Cheese "Stringle" into the yummy sauce!
