Corn Relish Salad

Ingredients

1 can black olives
4 (11 oz) cans Mexicorn
2 green peppers chopped fine
2 red peppers chopped fine
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1/2 onion chopped fine
2 tsp Greek seasoning
3/4 cup vinegar (we use red wine)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup corn oil

Method

Mix all and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Enjoy!
