Mafalda Casserole

1 1/2 lb ground beef
16 oz. of mafalda pasta
8 oz. provolone cheese cut in small pieces
2 oz. prosciutto chopped into small pieces
Tomato sauce


Make (and cook) meatballs from beef - as small
as you can possibly make them.
Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Place pasta in 13 X 9 X 2 casserole dish
Cover with tomato sauce
Stire into malfalda the meatballs, cheese, and proscuitto.
Add more sauce.
Cover loosely and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1/2 hour (until hot.)
